I look forward to sharing mindfulness with you again at your 2014 Annual Workshop.

In the upcoming mindfulness presentation, we will explore what mindfulness is, the benefits of practicing mindfulness to your mental agility and physical wellbeing, along with ways of integrating mindfulness into your busy work day in response to important and challenging situations (e.g., high stress situations, challenging interpersonal interactions, organization and time management pressures, becoming more comfortable with uncertainty).

I will share with you information on how mindfulness trainings are being developed to work with relapse and the various challenges associated with substance abuse and addiction. Here are links to websites discussing an important program called Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention.
